I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have completed advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT) and Attachment Theory. I have worked as a Therapist and Coach for over 6 years. Coaching is NOT therapy, but my experience and training as a licensed therapist are the foundation I use to show up as an effective Coach for more short-term, less crisis focused work.
